Today was my first day back at Orange Theory after being sick for a week and oh my goodness was I in need of recovery after. One of my favorite things to make after an intense workout is a vanilla and fruit protein smoothie! This recipe is perfect for summer and makes enough for two and then some!
P.S I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL SMOOTHIE MAKER OR CHEF 🙂 Incase you thought I was Gordon Ramsey, I bet he makes a mean smoothie.

VANILLA and FRUIT PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
1 full medium sized Banana
A hand full of fresh Blueberries (very exact I know)
1 cup of Trader Joes frozen Mangos
1/2 cup of Trader Joes frozen Pineapple
2 ounces of Fairlife Milk
1 1/2 scoops of Whey Isolate Protein (Integrated Supplements)
Throw it into a blender and you are good to go!
One thing that I love about Fairlife milk is that it has less sugar than regular milk (30% less), it’s lactose free and has 50% more protein! It is a tad more expensive than regular milk, but when I am doing workouts like Orange Theory knowing that my milk has less sugar and more of what I need is a plus.
